Highland Lakes is a very large subdivision surrounding a golf club, starting at US Highway 19 to Lake Tarpon. The community consists of many sections: one-story condos, villas, townhomes and single family homes, and close to 1,000 properties. Some have peaceful park-like setting views, golf course views and lakefront views. The complex has a large clubhouse, pool & tennis, a lodge & pool on TarponLake, RV/Boat storage available; many sections have their own pool, and shuffleboard. |

The different types of homes available in the different sections are: Villas, condos and single family homes, with 1BR/1BA, 1BR/1.5BA, 2BR/2BA and 3BR/2BA; carports, one car garage or two car garages; square footage from 730 to 2,222; pricing range from $54,900 to $325,000. Maintenance fees for villas & condos vary from $248 up to $400, some requiring separate Homeowner’s Insurance, and covering only lawn, cable & pest control. Single Family homes have a $90 HOA fee.Pets are mostly not allowed, however one section allows one cat, no dogs; single family home sections do allow all pets. |
